Blacklip Mother of Pearl Necklace

I made this stunning necklace with Blacklip Mother of Pearl chips and a cameo focal. It has a lobster clasp closer and measures 18” without the focal. This necklace has some weight to it so if you like heavier ones this is for you. Blacklip Mother of Pearl comes from small shells found in French Polynesia around Tahiti and its Archipelagos. Just under the exterior bark of the shell is where the real beauty of the Blacklip shell lies. Blacklip has a black/grey color around the lip of the shell. Blacklip has every color of the rainbow in its iridescent black background.
