They were hemmed with unfinished seams on the inner lining. Also the button on the waistline looks like it has been re-stitched, but is not in the correct place to line up with the button hole. Looks like easy fixes for someone who is skilled at sewing! - Both pieces seem to have a very faint smokey smell to them. They have not recently been in a smoking environment, but if you are sensitive to odors you may notice it.
