Black/clear rhinestone bracelet Sz 7 bracelet

Bracelet is in good condition and kept in a clean smoke free home. The last photo shows an arrow pointing at a 28 mm area that feels tight. It’s a small area and doesn’t affect the wear. I don’t know why it’s tight. If it was repaired ie;glued -you cannot see any difference. Size 7 black and clear rhinestone bracelet, silver tone, flip over clasp.
