Unable to get past the initial setup, I presume. A stock photo is being used of the Home Screen. That is a common problem with BlackBerry today due to the fact that all services and support are non existent. No carrier will activate them either because the older models OS 10 and prior, are 3G and not VoLTE compatible. Please correct me if I am wrong. I pride myself in being a BlackBerry connoisseur. 🙃

@onewalkonetalk Hi, great input, thank you. Actually this phone doesn’t get stuck in the first step up screens, and I took personally all the pictures you see of the phone, there are no stock pictures used in this listing. I took one of the screen only to show closer look of the screen interface and also how it doesn’t affect the visibility on the screen the cosmetic wear that shows when shot further shut off, and that was also included to show better the condition.

@onewalkonetalk This was listed this up for someone with use for the phone abroad, and looks like some countries still have operators serving 3G, like Vietnam, Egypt, Bangladesh, China, India, Philippines, Iraq, Mongolia, Nigeria, Ghana.

@paz_y_amor thank you for the correction. that is true about the other countries still having 3G. We do still have GSM/EDGE here in some places with T Mobile. I use it now with my Q10. It is being slowly phased out.

@onewalkonetalk They do want everyone worldwide to use higher network speeds, but that is going to take a bit time too, because infraestructures are just not everywhere developed like that and also resources in every corner … Likewise , I appreciate your comment because it helps describe the item better 👍🏼
