Black-and-white polka dot dress

This is for anyone looking for some 60’s retro flair. A modern dress from White House Black Market but with a very flattering retro cut. Particularly good for hourglass/pear-shapes. Dress includes vinyl belt that hits at the natural waist and has a full lining of hot pink satin! There is an un-opened kangaroo pocket on the front of the dress as well. I preferred to keep the factory stitching in to avoid gapping but you could open it for use.
