Black Vintage 90’s/Y2K Long Wide Sleeve Ruffle Cropped Ruched Blouse Size M

Good pre-owned condition. There is a very small faint hole on the front bottom left. You cant see it when worn. Please see last pic I believe this is from the late 90’s or early 2000’s Wide pleated sleeves Adjustable ruched front with tie scalloped hem The label is warn so I cannot see the care tag but this feels like polyester I think and I have hand washed it. I cannot see the size but this fits like a size M. Please see measurements below Approx Measurements: pit to pit 18" length 21.5" F
