Black Silk Vintage 50s Mod Mid Geometric LBD Dress - M/L This is a home-sewn/tailor-made piece. The construction is very tidy and professional. Based on the design, the sewing techniques used, and the style of the zipper, I believe it was made in the 1950s. The fabric is black silk with a texture to it. The texture runs horizontally on most of the dress. To add to the visual interest, the triangular piece in front has the texture running vertically. The bust seams start and the waist and angle upward. 22 in. vintage metal tooth zipper down the back. 2.5 in. hand-sewn hem (you could lengthen if desired.) Condition: 10/10 Mint New without tags.
