Black wool jacket/skirt set in rich black with gorgeous design patterns

Black wool jacket/skirt set in a material that slightly stretches, beautiful design patterns, the jacket and skirt are fully lined, the jacket has front buttons, the skirt has back zipper, they are in excellent like new condition, please note that I can't find the inside tag with the size, but the size is small, see pics with measurements.
