Black & white striped dress with full skirt

This is a full skirted dress with a black petticoat and elasticated waist. It zips up at the back. Has 2 cute buttons at the collar and a decorated sleeve. The length is roughly 44 inches The bust area is 14 inches The waist is 11 inches and stretches. My size is an S and it fits well. It's a vintage piece.
