Black vinyl unusual filagree belt M/L

This is a very unusual vinyl belt. It has a double buckle for you to alter the size. There is a 1” belt near the buckles. The filigree portion wraps around your waist or hips and is 2.25” width. Has a somewhat country vibe. In 2 pictures it is shown on a Calvin Klein white tank top also available for sale in my closet.
