Black vintage slip with pleated lace trim

Black vintage slip from maybe the 50’s? The lace is falling off, but it’s wearable. The elastic is good. The label says large, but by modern standards it would be a medium. The hip is 20” and the waist is 13” and stretches to 19” 27.5” long
