Black velvet bodice with cinched sides. Black silky material giving it a "faux leather look". Dress is from the 70's, has a vintage look. Rhinestone buttons on sleeves Tie around waist is not included and was only used for models purposes. Last photo shows the back of he dress. It zips up to the neck line, it was just too tight on the mannequin.
