Black velvet maxi dress with ruffles and zipper back

Absolutely love love love this formal dress! Bought it at a vintage shop last minute for an event and it was the perfect dress. High ruffle neck, low back with bow that clips back so it stays. Ruffle hem that it’s the ground on me (I’m 5’7”) and when I wore with heels you could see the shoe. Says size 10, I would say it fits more like a 2 or 4
