Black velvet baseball hat with blue beaded roses

This black velvet hat has never been worn I bought it so I could bead on it. I tried it on and it was huge so I did stitcj it in a little bit. It can be let back out, but it was very big. I think I have a pretty big head and it was too big for me.ble beaded roses and flowers, and green embroidered vibes with acrylic leaves. Also some blue bling.
