Black strapless American Rag maxi dress

I love this dress!! It has a cinched waist and and embroidered embellishment on the bottom in the front. The embroidery is carried through on the waist. There is a layered black fabric w/ cream embellishment that falls over the chest, while majority of the breasts are still tailored. Perfect length!
