Black satin cape with stand up collar

Adult sized. 20” wide at shoulders tied as shown, but this can be extended with tie closure. 45” long. As you can see from pics it’s longer than my mannequin. It hit me just above ankles. Fully lined with red satin. If tag was removed it could be reversible. Collar has a foam insert that permits you to flip it up. All my items come from a smoke free home. .
