Black ribbed “low” turtleneck. Looks like velvet.

Black ribbed low turtle neck. The material is 70% rayon, 25% polyester, 5 % spandex. To me, the material looks like a sort of crushed velvet. Looks super cute with jeans! Hand wash separately. Size medium, I think fits more like a small.
