Black platform heels with silver rhinestone fringe

These platform heels have six inch heels, and an inch and a half platform. The heel, base, and forefoot are made of a clear plastic material, and the inner sole, straps, and glitter open toes are black. On the front straps, there are several silver rhinestone strings. The plastic forefoot has several colorful fabric flowers inside. The buckles has some unusual closures. See pictures for details!
