Black peplum asymmetrical blouse

This is a stretchy soft black peplum top that I think I got from stitch fix. The shape is very flattering and I think it would look best with a high waisted skirt. It’s perfect for work or going out. I’ve tried it on many times but I’ve never worn it because it’s just a bit big on me (i am a small/medium).
