Fabric on top is gathered to front middle part (which is with rhinestones) Front decor is made from satin flat satin cord-alike pieces. Not ribbons. Black plastic rhinestones on front. Looks beautiful! Preowned. In good condition. 30 inches armpit-to-armpit, for bust there is more wide because of folds. Good for bust size from 34-B to 36-C, may fit 38-B too. Around bottom is 66 inches (A-line style) Dress length shoulder-to-bottom is 38 inches, middle/center vertical length is 32 inches. In hips fits any size from 34 to 44 inches.
