Black midi dress with belt

This dress is midi length with a long belt and tortoise shell clasp. Size is extra large and probably equivalent to a 14. Material is stretchy with a very fine ribbed polyester material. Definitely good for summer. Dress has no tags but has not been worn. No lining.
