Black leather loafers made in Spain size 38

I bought these 24HRS comfort loafers online and they are slightly too big. I wear a size 7-7.5 and am usually good with a 38. These are more like a size 8. 100% leather. Heel height 5 cm. Tags still on. Very comfortable shoes made in Alicante, Spain. I just want to get what I paid so I can order the right size
