Black label brown Gunne sax

I was told when I bought it that it was a 13 and the measurements were wrong. The zipper disintegrated and I had it replaced since it’s from 1969. I haven’t seen any rips or tears, but it is vintage. There may be things I miss. Bust 16” Waist 13.5” Measurements are pictured. I estimate it to be a junior size 9 because I saw the same dress on eBay with same measurements and had the size tag.
