This is a really fun piece by Pink POLKADOT (designer Sharise Neil / reality star Ex Wives of Rock! This is a sleeveless, tube style knit sweater with long Fringe. This piece is worn over your shoulders! The top can be folded down. Fringe is 15” long Total length is 36” Super cute over a pair of jeans! Sweater is black with a light silver white metallic fleck. Never worn or washed. Care label has been removed.
