chichiw Hi @lenviexoxo I received the shoes in the mail today! However, I think you sent the incorrect size. I ordered a size 7 but the shoes that came in are a size 36. According to the conversion chart, size 36 is equivalent to a size 6 and not size 7.

lenviexoxo Yes, it looks like you have to go to the problems/ inquiry and Then return. Tell them that it’s just an exchange so they don’t cancel the order
