A fun full skirt with an elastic waist and attached 16” long slip underneath to give it volume. 2 side Pockets The skirt has a hem that is a few inches longer in the front and back, shorter on the sides. There is no fabric tag but I’m guessing it’s polyester. The skirt is textured with almost a slight shine. Size tag reads small but would fit a medium. Waist 13.5” stretches to 19.5” with a drawstring Length 36” front and back 32” on sides New, with original tags SHIRTS NOT INCLUDED
