Black formal dress. Black with silver sequins & pretty design on top

IZ Byer, Size 7 (I normally wear 4-6). Not sure where it’s from, it was a gift. But it’s super pretty and nice! For a formal occasion, I’ve never worn it and I don’t think I’ll wear it anytime in the near future. I have to downsize for moving. I’m 5’6” 145lbs for reference and it fits great, fitting up top and flows down low. Back of dress goes to floor and front about right below my knees - could wear with heels or flats.
