Black forever heeled boots with fringe

In good condition. The only thing is the left boot came off from the heel in the back a little and has been glued once.other than that and a little scuff on top of toe. The heel is not big at all only 2 in half inches Runs kind of small I’m a 7 and they still fit true to size so most likely a 7 instead of 7 in a half like shown
