EUC from nonsmoking home. Simply black circular vest with a flouncy hem all around. Has a beautiful gather at the back. Ruffle hem adds a beautiful flowy feel to this cute black vest. 95% rayon 5% spandex, cold water wash, dry flat cool iron if needed. NOTE: Modeled pictures are for example of style, not actual vest. Light pilling with age, but hard to see. Please check out last picture. Length is approximately 30” from nape of back neck to bottom hem.
