Black floor length Prom/evening wear

Dress is black, floor length, and sparkles under lights due to the intricate tiny sequin design. The top is a halter style tying and it is backless. The side pulls up into a sort of ripple making a ruffle down the side of the dress. It has never been worn and has been stored in a closet. The dress is very form fitting but is slightly stretchy material.
