Adorable, vintage black feather triple tier skirt with elastic waist. Some of the black feathers have brown markings within them as well. Just the nature of the feather itself. Super fun for holiday and date night. Great with high heel over-the-knee black boots. Moves beautifully when you walk or with a breeze. Waist: 27” flat stretches to 32 without maxing it Hip: 38” Length: 17” Please note that because this is a vintage piece, it is likely missing a few feathers, but doesn’t change the overall integrity of the piece.
