Black embroidered tunic from Urban Outfitters

Black embroidered tunic by Staring at Stars from Urban Outfitters. Features gorgeous floral details and fallaway sleeves. V-neck ties at front and back is low and open. Size is large but can be worn by any size, style is tunic/dress for smaller sizes and as top for larger sizes. I am size small and 5’8” for reference in photos.
