Black dress with sleeves

Bought at boutique in Chicago. Good hardware and metallic-y stripe on sleeves. The stripe is like a suede but the dress is a thick polyester. Nice winter dress. Shift dress in cut- non defined waist is about 16” and pit to hem is 25”
