jlblong4 @dmanley8 I’m not sure why it says $1.99 shipping but the easiest would be to “make offer to likers” button at bottom of the item and then offer $30 with $4.99 (which is the lowest shipping I can offer- yours might say $1.99) then I will purchase it.
