Black cut out tights/ panty hoes

One twice, good condition. Last photo shows “flaw”.. pulling/stretching of the tights, not very noticeable, plus these look edgy already. These aren’t a particular size, they are one size, they are stretchy. To be worn with a dress, skirt or shorts, NOT on its own
