Black crop top with balloon sleeves

Super cute and very cropped top with large sleeves. Can be worn off the shoulder or on and the sleeves cinch at the end to be firm fitting with a balloon/ boho style. The bust has light lining pads that can be removed if you don’t want them there. I’m a 34 b and fits my chest. Looks really cute with skirts and high waisted pants.
