Black crop top large or medium padded NWT

New cute black cropped top Size Large, but in my opinion could fit someone who wears a medium - please see measurements in the photos to be sure this will fit Padding included & non-removable Button detail on front (just for looks, non-functioning buttons) No material tag was included from the manufacturer.
