Black cowl neck floor length dress

Floor length black gown with cowl neck. Brand is Michelangelo. In fair condition but there are some pulls on the fabric on the lower half of the skirt. Close up photo shows this. The other little bits of stuff on there is just dust :) I am 5’9” and the dress grazes the floor if I don’t have shoes on.
