Black cotton eyelet cutout pants, size 3X

These pants are solid black with eyelet cutout detailing all over. They have cargo style pockets on the sides, elastic on the back of the waistband, partial lining, and the ankles can be cinched to give the legs a different look. The material is 100% cotton and they are new without tags from a boutique. They measure about 19.5” across the waist and have an inseam of about 28.5”. O1
