Black button down dress

Size medium and worn only once. However, I accidentally dried it and now it's too short :( so I would def say it fits like a small or extra small now and would be for someone really short (I'm 5'4). I'm highly annoyed because this is one of the cutest dresses I've ever owned. Super casual. Buttons all down the front. Flowy, but not stretchy. I wore it to a winery but would be really cute for farmers market or casual outings. Selling for cheap because I can't give you exact size measurements
