I love this jacket but I'm not sure if a Medium will fit. I have everywhere from an XS to M in jackets. I'm 5'3 120lbs 34 bra size if that helps you guage by how the jacket fits you. Not sure if it runs small and will fit fine or runs big and will be too loose.
