@tickieyoung Hi there! it really is a great piece. fabric is 95% Rayon and 5% spandex. I am a 34C with about 39" hips weighing in at 128lbs. and I fit a small. The Fabric is thin but it is not see through unless you are wearing a size too small and its stretched out completely then it is lightly see through.. Depending on your other measurements I may suggest a medium.
