Black bell sleeve peasant style blouse

This shirt is from target and is solid black and a crepe type material. It’s long sleeve and the sleeves are bell style and flare at the ends. It has a ruffle around the bottom and is longer in the back. Ties in the back and has a small keyhole opening. Scoop neck. Really nice blouse and super cute on. Flowy and peasant style. Just not my size anymore
