This is a very sexy dress, showing full back and both sides of waist. I am 5'3" and this was too long. My seamstress shortened it to perfection in the front but kept the length in the back by making a teardrop train. It is gorgeous and because of this detail, one of a kind. The sizing says 7/8. I would say 6, to be on these safe side.
