Black and white sparkle dots winter party dress

Very cute fit and flare sweater material winter party dress. The white dots have a little silver sparkle in them so it’s classy with a touch of shine. Originally bought for a New Years Eve party last year but ended up staying in so although it’s tags are missing it has never been worn. It’s a Torrid size 1 so about a 14/16.
