Black and white puffy skirt

This is a formal high wasted puffy skirt that hides all imperfections:)! The material looks like it’s silk (but it’s not). It hits about mid thigh and looks great with a crop top and heals!! I got it for a wedding but never ended up wearing it. It’s very very comfortable! It has tool underneath so it flares out. Super cute when you spin!! The size says 15 in juniors so it’s about a size 14 in woman’s.
