Black and white high waist pleated skirt

Scallop detail at waist. Skirt has great shape to it build in. Material is heavier. Zipper at back. Very short skirt. Back area has some strings I'm unsure to trim (shown in pic). I'm just under 5'2. No size tag but I'd say small to xs
