Black and white floral v neck short sleeve top, new with tags, small

I love the design of this top, I have the same style in a dress. Beautiful flowers on the front separating the black from the white and same pattern on the back. This is a short sleeve top and there is not a fabric tag on items from this company but it’s a sublimated top and the black part especially is almost shiny, it’s a really nice quality medium weight top. See photos for measurements, brand new, never worn. Small.
