Black and white floral patterned dress

Dress ties in the back and has never been worn and in great condition. No rips, stains, or tears. For reference, I’m 5ft, am a 32A, and usually a 2 in dresses so the dress hits above my knees with being a bit tight in the arms and upper back/shoulder area, but is comfortably fitted everywhere else.
