Black and white designed pencil skirt

Brand new beautiful skirt 68% rayon 28% nylon 4% spandex so it has a nice stretch to it. Has a nylon slip attached so it doesn't slide up. Very flattering on! No imperfections, brand new with tags. One of the tags fell off but I still have both. Only worn to try on, I'm just having a bit of buyers guilt! Unfortunately I can't take it back to Carson's, so I'm just trying to sell it for what I can! Make an offer :)
